Skill Advancement Eligibility:

(1) An applicant must be in good standing (must show proof of same on first day of class). Bring U.B.C. ID Card

(2) After reviewing the classes offered, you may register by calling 717-273-5277 or 1-888-346-8880, providing the following information:

*NAME (Please speak clearly and spell the last name)
*LOCAL UNION#

*PHONE# (please include your area code)

*CLASS/CLASSES for which you wish to register and dates.

(3) There is no enrollment fee.

(4) Courses are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that we receive an exceedingly large request for a certain class, beyond the normal size of the class, another class will be established at a future date and you will be notified. Notification will be given for cancelled courses only.

(5) If you would like additional courses (not listed), contact your council representative/local union or the training center.

Guidelines

I. Parking - Northside of the new building
II. Entrance - Use North entrance of new building
III. Personal Protection - All participants are required to wear:
     (1) Work shoes (gym shoes, soft rubber soled shoes, sandals, sneakers, etc. are not allowed.)
     (2) Eye protection
     (3) No Shorts - shirts with sleeves
     (4) Other proper protective equipment as required.
IV. Smoking - this is a smoke-free building
     (1) Smoking outside in designated areas.

NOTE TO ALL APPRENTICES: All apprentices are encouraged to complete all Certification/Qualification courses; however, Apprentices must always work under the direction of a qualified journeyman.

**NOTE: All courses are subject to minimum enrollment as defined by the committee.
Due to class size limitation, early enrollment is encouraged.
